Beachbody Ultimate Reset Day 11 Review – Detox

5:05am:  Wake Up

  • Shocking huh…

5:30am:  Workout

  • P90X3 Yoga hit the spot.  Stretching, breathing, ahhhh.

6:30am:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize, Optimize, and Detox

7:00am:  Breakfast

  • Huge fruit plate including, peaches, strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, honeydew, and cantaloupe.

9:30am – Shopping for the Ultimate Reset

  • Lots of fruit and greens this week.  Collard greens, kale, chard.  Bring on the fruit!


10:30am:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize, Optimize, and Detox

  • Feeling good, a little hungry because of the fruit only breakfast.  I. Will. Live.

11:00am:  Lunch

  • Quinoa-Lentil pilaf and a huge cucumber tomato salad.

1:00pm – 5:00pm:  More wood flooring work.  Tomorrow we have to basically move our bottom floor somewhere… good times!

1:30pm:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize and Alkalinize

2:00pm:  Snack (optional)

  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology, added some natural almond butter and blended with distilled water and ice.

5:00pm:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize, Optimize, Soothe, and Detox

6:00pm:  Dinner

  • Hearty Vegetable-Miso soup.  Holy cow, that’s a lot of stuff including garlic, onion, carrot, celery, ginger, broccoli, green beans, Napa cabbage, wakame seaweed, and green onion.  Side of steamed chard with lemon and olive oil.

Overall thoughts:

  • The feeling of hunger is pretty much gone, I think I’ve gotten used to the nutrition plan.
  • We were busy all day today, lots of lifting, moving, and putting in wood floors.  I am crushed, going to bed at 9:30pm.
  • I’ve passed the HALF WAY POINT, it’s all uphill from here 🙂
