Beachbody Ultimate Reset Day 14 Review – Detox

4:24am:  Wake Up

  • Woke up early, tossed and turned for a few minutes and decided to get out of bed to make my lunch for the day.  Also mixed up the kabocha squash coconut milk soup for lunch today.

6:30am:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize, Optimize, and Detox

7:00am:  Breakfast

  • Huge plate o’ fruit.

10:30am:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize, Optimize, and Detox

  • No hunger today.

11:00am:  Lunch

  • Microgreen salad (a very popular meal in the Ultimate Reset) and a coconut kobocha squash soup rounded it out.  The squash was cooked on Sunday to be used in today’s lunch.  Apparently you’re supposed to eat the skins so I just blended them all up in a blender and added the coconut milk.  The rind is high in fiber including a bunch of vitamins and minerals.

1:30pm:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize and Alkalinize 2:00pm:  Snack (optional)

  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology in distilled water, shaken with some ice.

5:00pm:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize, Optimize, Soothe, and Detox 6:00pm:  Dinner

  • Corn and edamame succotash with a side of lemon pepper kale.  Once again, had to get creative and used the BBQ to saute everything!  **Stove put back in last night, all is right with the world.

Overall thoughts:

  • I’ve got nothing for ya today, other than a little tired from waking up before 4:30am.  Looking forward to getting the house put back together.
  • Drank more than a gallon of water today, not sure how that happened.
  • Spent all evening getting our downstairs put back together now that the wood flooring is done.  Moved the stove, fridge, and put my entertainment center back together.  Getting back to normal operations 🙂
