Beachbody Ultimate Reset Day 5 Review

4:42am:  Wake Up

  • Very weird… woke up to calves wanting to cramp and my back was real tight, so?

5:15am:  Workout

  • P90X3 Yoga = Just what the doctor ordered!

6:40am:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize and Optimize

7:15am:  Breakfast

  • Farina with (brown rice) walnuts, apple, and maple syrup.  Something our daughter wants to try now, it was pretty good.

10:30am:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize and Optimize

11:15am:  Lunch

  • Quinoa salad, 1/2 cup hummus, and a raw vegetable plate (baby carrots, cherry tomatoes, red bell pepper, string beans).

1:30pm:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize and Alkalinize

2:00pm:  Snack (optional)

  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate shakeology with 1 tbsp almond butter and some organic frozen mixed berries.

5:15pm:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize, Optimize, and Soothe

6:00pm:  Dinner

  • Miso soup, stir fry veggies, brown rice, and nori gomasio.  Nori what?!?!   It’s a blend of sesame seeds, Himalayan pink salt, and toasted nori seaweed.

Overall thoughts:

  • I just realized why I woke up with lower back tightness… we did flooring all day yesterday, duh!  Flooring continued on today for about 10 hours.  I think we probably burned a lot more calories than we took in today and we’re not supposed to be ‘working out’ 🙂  We are beat and almost done.
  • Drank a ton of water today, we were moving around a lot, standing up and crouching dragon.
  • I’m not feeling hunger pangs anymore, a little weak today from lack of calories because we were very active.
  • We have been doing TWO loads of dishes a day with all the prep work.
