Beachbody Ultimate Reset Day 10 Review – Detox

???am:  Wake Up

  • This is getting really old, I suppose it’s just the habit of getting up early for so long.  Was up a little before 4am and then dozed on and off until about 5:45.
  • Very weird… this morning if felt like my lower back down to my calves wanted to cramp up.  Doesn’t make any sense, I’m driking a ton of water (definitely not dehydrated), and eating extremely healthy (no deficiencies).  Maybe it’s the toxins???

6:30am:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize, Optimize, and Detox

7:00am:  Breakfast

  • Another huge fruit plate today.  Included cantaloupe, honeydew, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi.  In honor of the kiwi say this out loud… “Raise Up Lights”.  Congratulations you just said “razor blades” with an Australian accent.

10:30am:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize, Optimize, and Detox

  • Feeling good, a little hungry because of the fruit only breakfast.  I. Will. Live.

11:00am:  Lunch

  • Leftover batch of sweet potato and roasted red pepper bisque.  Greek salad, I substituted avocado for the olives.
  • Not very filling, we’ll see how I feel in a few hours.

1:30pm:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize and Alkalinize

2:00pm:  Snack (optional)

  • 1 scoop vegan chocolate Shakeology with distilled water and ice.

5:00pm:  Ultimate Reset Supplements – Mineralize, Optimize, Soothe, and Detox

6:00pm:  Dinner

  • Quinoa and lentil pilaf, broccoli with lemon and EVOO.
  • The quinoa and lentil pilaf was incredible, a bunch of diced and sauteed vegetables, tumeric, cumin, and lemon zest.  I made dinner tonight and it took a little bit of prep work to cook the lentils and quinoa, and chop up the vegetables.  Once that was done it was quick…

Overall thoughts:

  • Not a whole lot to report today, my yawn streak is over.  Once this morning… I would really like to sleep better.
  • Seemed like very few calories today, the nutrition guide doesn’t give you calorie counts and we haven’t done the math.  Stomach has been growling all day.
  • Dinner made up for what seemed to be a low calorie day, feeling full.
  • Crossing your fingers for some good sleep tonight!
